Far from perfect, but completely liveable house. Cash flows well as a rental. If you want to buy it to live in it your mortgage would be less than half of what it would cost to rent. Lots of small cosmetic items that could be done. Floors are also a bit wobbly as both front and back of house are over a crawl space with a partial basement in middle, but it's located in a fairly decent part of North Central. One bedroom is on main level and the second bedroom is upstairs. Stairs going up are a bit steep and there's low head room right at top of stairs. Partial basement houses the mechanical and has a little bit of storage space as well but is not developable.
