Biography

I’m Martin Blonski with RE/MAX Crown Real Estate. I’m a Regina guy through and through — I grew up here, went to school here, and now I’m raising my family here. I know the neighbourhoods because I’ve lived in them, worked in them, and spent years watching Regina grow and change. That local knowledge is something I bring into every conversation with clients.

Before real estate, I spent years working as a musician performing, travelling the world and meeting all kinds of people! This shaped how I show up for my clients: I listen, I pay attention to the details, and I genuinely care about doing things right. My clients aren’t transactions — they’re people and families trusting me with one of the biggest moves they’ll ever make. That’s something I take seriously every single time.

What I hear most from clients is that I’m easy to talk to, I explain things clearly, and I don’t push. I give you the facts, the options, and honest advice — and then I work with you to get where you want to go. Whether you're buying your first home, moving up, investing, or selling a place you’ve lived in for years, I’m here to guide the process and make it as smooth and stress-free as possible.

I’m also big on relationships and community. I love checking in with clients long after possession day, hosting appreciation events, and staying involved in the neighbourhoods I serve. Real estate doesn’t end with a deal — that’s just the beginning of a long-term relationship in my business.

When I’m not working with clients, you’ll probably find me drumming, chasing after my kids, or planning our next family adventure. Life is busy, but in the best kind of way.
